Porsche 911 turbo vs. Bugatti Veyron 16.4

Nowadays people are struggling to get the best and rarest sport car.  Therefore, the companies challenge each other to produce the best sport car which has high speed, high horse power and many options such as Porsche, Lamborghini, Ferrari and Bugatti.  Now I’m going to compare between two cars, a Porsche 911 Turbo and a Bugatti Veyron 16.4.

There are several similarities between a Porsche 911 Turbo and Bugatti Veyron. The first major similarity between both is that they both have sport design. Another obvious similarity is in their vehicle layout.   For example, they both have rear engine, AWD, 4-passangers salons and, two door convertible. Yet another distinct similarity is that they are both made in Germany.

Although there are some similarities between a Porsche 911 Turbo and Bugatti Veyron, there are also some differences. The first major difference is that the Bugatti has 1001 horsepower in contrast to Porsche which has 480 horsepower (Adams. 2006). Another obvious difference is in their transmission.   For example, the Bugatti has 7 speeds, twin-clutch auto (Bovingdom.”Motor Trend”) compared to Porsche 911 turbo which has 6 speeds manual: 5 speed automatic (Renolds. 2007). Yet another obvious difference is that in their weight the Bugatti is 4159(pounds) compare to Porsche 911 with its 3650 (pounds) which is heavier. Yet another important difference is in their top speed of Bugatti is 253 mph and the Porsche 911is 192 mph.  So the Bugatti is faster than the Porsche. A final significant difference is in their base cost price.  The Bugatti costs $1.98 million which more expensive in contrast to Porsche 911 turbo that costs $125000(Porsche.com.2010).

Now I’m going to give you general information about both. The engineers of Bugatti company spent years refining the eight-liter, four turbo, to squeeze 1001 horsepower from it. The design of the Veyron honors a great heritage without drifting off into retro style. Every detail of the classic two-tone color scheme, a quote from the 1920s and 1930s, has been carefully thought out(bugatti,2010)

Porsche 911 turbo is completely different than Bugatti . The nature of the 911 Turbo is to handle its power effortlessly and with composure. Power is available at all times. The 3.8-liter six-cylinder boxer engine has DFI outputs 500 hp at 6,000 rpm and summons up 480 lb.-ft. of torque between 1,950 rpm and 5,000 rpm(Porsche,2010).

Overall, the differences outweigh the similarities. In my opinion people, these days are looking for good quality and low cost.  Therefore, I prefer to have Porsche 911 which is cheaper than Bugatti for people have a low revenue. The Bugatti is for high class people who want to fly in his car.

Similarities and differences between Eng125 VS. LSEC100

In the college we have to study because the general language in college is the English so there is many English courses in the college. Now I’m going to write the similarities and the differences between two courses the Eng125 VS LSEC100.

There are many similarities between both. The first similarity between them is they both have same language. Another obvious similarity is that they both have practices and exercises in reading. Yet another distinct similarity is that they both teaching as how to do assignment. A final significant similarity is that they both improve our writing for example, we have many assignments and writing exercises and that help us to improve our writing and to be strong.

Although there are some similarities between a Eng125 VS LSEC100, there are also some differences. The first major difference is that in LSEC100 we have research, on the other hand, we don’t do research in Eng125. Another obvious difference is that in the LSEC100 we have four hours a week but in Eng125 we have 8 hours a week. A final significant difference is that if I have ILIES I can skip Eng125 but the LSEC100 I can’t skip it.

Overall, the similarities outweigh the differences. In my opinion, have is better to merge two courses because we have many similarities between them. So we can save time and focus in one course.

Compare and contrast paper portfolios and E-portfolios

Nowadays, people use portfolios to make projects and assignments. There are two types of portfolios one is paper portfolios and E-portfolios. Now I’m going to write the similarities and the differences between paper portfolios and E-portfolios.

There are several similarities between a paper portfolios and E-portfolios. The first similarity is that they both save work. Another obvious similarity is that they both organize persons work. Yet another distinct similarity is that they both can be given to the instructor.

Although there are some similarities between a paper portfolios and E-portfolios, there are also some differences. The first major difference is that the paper can be easily lost but the E-portfolio is either saved in USB or online. Another obvious difference is that the E-portfolio can be easily edited than the papers. Yet another distinct difference is that the E-portfolio easy to send online without going to the specific person contrast to, the paper portfolios to meet the specific person to give. A final significant difference is that to read an E-portfolio you need a computer whereas a paper is easy to read without a computer.

Overall, the differences outweigh the similarities. In my opinion the E-portfolio is better than papers because you can easily to share it and comment on it with anyone. So I would advice anyone to use an E-portfolio.
